Senior Software Engineer (Backend): Implementing backend functionality to power the main user experience for Hosts to create and manage Stays, Experiences and Services with an accent on collaboration with Client Engineering, Product Management, and Design teams. Focus on scoping, technical requirements, design, implementation, and operation of new functionality.

Location: This position is US - Remote Eligible. The role may include occasional work at an hirify.global office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager. What you will do

• Collaborate with the Client Engineering, Product Management, and Design teams to align on product requirements.
• Drive the scoping, technical requirements, design, implementation, and operation of new functionality.
• Build high-quality, re-usable backend components.
• Support other engineers in the team or in related teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years industry experience
• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree, preferably in CS, or equivalent experience
• Experience in building high-quality, consumer-facing products
• Ability to evaluate technical approaches and design product solutions to solve real-world problems.
• Ability to drive alignment, manage projects and effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
