What you will do

• Create and develop new features and functions within the Customer Success Data Platform ecosystem.
• Take a full-stack approach, working on both the front-end and back-end of data applications.
• Leverage hirify.global technology and open-source components.
• Establish best practices for coding standards and implement testing strategies.
• Partner with Decision Scientists, Data Scientists, Product Managers, and Engineering Leaders.
• Lead high-impact efforts to automate the data delivery pipeline.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Software Engineer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Experience with DevOps, monitoring solutions, and incident management.
• Strong expertise in back-end development, using languages like Python, Node.js, Ruby, or similar, and experience with server-side frameworks (e.g., Express, Django).
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git), and knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
