What you will do

• Design and document technical projects involving multiple classes and database schema updates.
• Write and maintain high-quality code across TypeScript, Python, and Ruby codebases.
• Lead technical design reviews and provide detailed, thoughtful code reviews for teammates.
• Integrate frontend components with backend services and consume internal/external APIs.
• Collaborate with product and operations teams in sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives.
• Implement AI and data-powered components into production systems while ensuring privacy.

Requirements

• Must be currently based in Mexico and legally authorized to work there.
• 3+ years of professional experience in backend or fullstack development.
• Strong proficiency in backend languages such as Ruby or Python.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, caching, and database optimization.
• Experience with modern frontend technologies including TypeScript, JavaScript, and React.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
