What you will do

• Monitor and assess customer gaming behavior, and handle RG / GDPR and other legal matters.
• Conduct age, affordability, and limit checks to comply with licensing requirements and maintain a safe platform.
• Work closely with the Customer Service team, acting as the main point of contact for player safety and responsible gaming inquiries and training.
• Support the team with compliance and GDPR-related questions, as well as other ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements

• Languages: Excellent command of English
• Strong Communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Experience in the iGaming industry.
• Proficient with common MS Office programs, especially Excel.
