What you will do
- Monitor incoming bets in real time and manage risk based on market activity.
- Ensure accurate match resulting for events and provide support to the Customer Support team.
- Take end-to-end ownership of assigned leagues, including launch, monitoring, and reporting.
- Identify unusual betting behavior and escalate concerns to management.
- Collaborate with global teams and contribute ideas to improve the sportsbook product.
- Train and support Customer Support teams through knowledge-sharing sessions.
Requirements
- Must be based in Santiago, Chile.
- Genuine passion for football with deep knowledge of global leagues, tactics, and historical performance.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with an understanding of probability and odds.
- Confidence using trading tools and Excel.
- English: C1 proficiency required for primary communication.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Nice to have
- Experience with data analysis or statistical models.
- Previous experience in sportsbook operations, trading, or risk management.
- Academic background in business, finance, or economics.
