What you will do

• Manage day-to-day test projects and create and implement customized master test plans.
• Act as the primary link between the testing team and customers/projects.
• Advise clients and colleagues on best practice test policies to improve the test process and environment.
• Hire, staff, and coach a team of testers, managing their professional growth and assessments.
• Support the sales team in presales activities within the testing domain.

Requirements

• Preferably 5+ years of experience in computer systems testing.
• Proven experience leading a team of testers.
• Bachelor or Master degree in Science, Engineering, or a similar field.
• Experience with TMap® Next test cycles and techniques.
• Fluency in French or Dutch and proficiency in English.
