What you will do
- Develop and refine FTUE, including onboarding flows, tutorials, and early gameplay sessions.
- Analyze user behavior to identify friction points and growth opportunities using funnel and cohort analysis.
- Define and track KPIs such as activation rates and early-stage retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Monetization, and LiveOps.
- Manage the product backlog for the Booster/onboarding stream.
- Conduct playtests, CustDev, and UX research to validate product improvements.
Requirements
- Experience working on mid-core or hardcore F2P projects.
- Deep expertise in early funnel optimization and FTUE metrics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to define requirements for research dashboards.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across Marketing, Monetization, and LiveOps departments.
- Understanding of data-driven product development processes.
Nice to have
- Experience with mobile mid-core or hardcore projects.
- Knowledge of MMO/RolePlay (RP) game mechanics.
- Background in systems game design or progression balancing.
- Basic proficiency in SQL or Python for database querying.
