What you will do
- Design and deploy agentic AI systems including multi-step LLM workflows and RAG pipelines.
- Develop full-stack AI applications using Python, FastAPI, and React with LLM integration.
- Build scalable cloud infrastructure and data pipelines on AWS or GCP.
- Translate complex business needs into AI-first technical proposals for senior client stakeholders.
- Define and implement engineering standards for AI quality, guardrails, and system observability.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives across multiple client engagements.
Requirements
- Proven experience shipping production-grade AI/LLM systems for real users.
- Advanced proficiency in AI-native development workflows (Cursor, Claude Code).
- Deep expertise in at least one domain (backend, data, or infra) with full-stack proficiency.
- Strong hands-on experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and agentic frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI).
- Fluent English for clear communication with non-technical stakeholders and GPs.
- Ability to drive complex initiatives independently from discovery to go-live.
Nice to have
- Professional experience in fintech, private capital, or healthcare data systems.
- Proficiency with data engineering stacks like Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, and AWS data services.
