What you will do

• Assist in planning and executing retention campaigns and promotional activities for existing & new users across the LATAM markets.
• Monitor key metrics (Retention, Reactivation, ROI) and prepare reports to track user engagement and optimization.
• Collaborate with internal product and analytics teams to maintain and improve retention tools and reporting accuracy.
• Help ensure regional offers and promotions are delivered on time and remain competitive.
• Coordinate with external partners on campaign execution and follow-up tasks.
• Support personalization and automation initiatives by providing regional operational input.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• 2+ years’ experience in retention, CRM, or customer lifecycle management.
• Experience in the Online Casino or broader iGaming industry is strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English.
• Familiarity with retention and marketing automation tools is a plus.
