What you will do

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple international locations.
• Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, employment laws, and statutory requirements.
• Review and validate payroll data including earnings, deductions, and tax withholdings.
• Collaborate with HR teams to maintain accurate data and resolve discrepancies.
• Handle payroll-related employee queries professionally and timely.
• Implement payroll policy updates based on changing international legislation.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in international payroll processing.
• Must be based in South Africa.
• In-depth knowledge of payroll principles, tax regulations, and employment laws across multiple countries.
• Strong analytical skills and extreme attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Certification in Payroll (e.g., Certified Payroll Professional).
