What you will do
- Develop and maintain documentation detailing company service standards.
- Perform omnichannel monitoring and provide trend data to management.
- Audit internal and external processes to improve reliability based on business needs.
- Coordinate and facilitate call calibration sessions and refreshers for the Customer Care team.
- Provide constructive feedback to Customer Care Team Leaders and managers.
- Communicate policies and procedures on behalf of the organization.
Requirements
- Fluent in written and spoken French is required.
- Fluent in written and spoken English is required.
- 2+ years of experience in a Customer Service role.
- Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication and presentation abilities.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in a QA Associate role.
- Fluency in Portuguese or Spanish.
