Salary: €30,015 per annum plus bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Manage inbound customer calls, including accessibility support, technical queries, and billing questions.
• Resolve customer complaints effectively and professionally.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information.
• Recommend hirify.global products to enhance the customer viewing, online, or mobile experience.
• Collaborate as a member of a supportive, fun, and friendly service team.
• Work 39 hours per week within specified operating hours, including Saturday availability.
