What you will do

• Define and drive a multi-quarter strategy for Solana adoption among critical service providers in the APAC region.
• Engage directly with CTOs and VPs of Engineering at banks, financial institutions, and major fintechs.
• Lead the adoption of technical standards and frameworks addressing APAC-specific regulatory requirements.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership for high-priority institutional deals and strategic accounts.
• Act as the authoritative internal and public voice for institutional blockchain adoption in APAC.

Requirements

• Native Mandarin speaker.
• Strong English communication skills.
• 7+ years of software engineering experience with 4+ years in solutions or enterprise architecture.
• Deep expertise in institutional payment systems, correspondent banking, or fintech platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and build trust with C-level and VP-level executives.
• Must be based in Greater China, Singapore, or Hong Kong.

Nice to have

• Established relationships with institutional players across APAC markets.
• Deep understanding of regional payment rails like PayNow, PromptPay, FPS, or CIPS.
• Experience with the Solana protocol or other high-performance blockchains.
• Comprehensive knowledge of digital asset regulatory frameworks in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Mainland China.
