QA Engineer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Perform manual testing of SOAP (70%) and REST (30%) services.
• Conduct functional, regression, and exploratory testing to ensure product stability.
• Analyze product requirements and business logic to optimize test strategies.
• Manage bug reports: analysis, documentation, and verification of reported issues.
• Maintain test documentation, including checklists and test cases.
• Collaborate with developers, PMs, and DevOps to improve QA processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in online banking, e-commerce, or financial services.
• Excellent knowledge of testing theory and test design techniques.
• Strong experience with backend and web testing.
• Proficiency with Postman and SoapUI.
• Good knowledge of SQL at a professional level.
• Experience with Kibana or OpenSearch Dashboards.

Nice to have

• Experience with payment transactions and international payment systems (Visa, Mastercard).
• Experience using or writing mock services.
• Familiarity with automated testing principles.
