TL;DR

Senior Data Scientist (Product): Designing and executing A/B experiments and deep-dive analyses to optimize brokerage products with an accent on causal inference and predictive modeling. Focus on driving product growth through data-informed strategy and scalable analytics, improving the trading experience for millions of users.

Location: Must be based in Menlo Park, CA or willing to commute to the office at least 3 days per week.

Salary: $139,000–$210,000 USD (Base pay range depending on location)

What you will do

  • Perform deep-dive analyses to identify growth opportunities and improve core business metrics.
  • Design, plan, and analyze A/B experiments and causal inference studies.
  • Define and maintain product performance metrics and build scalable dashboards.
  • Create data visualizations and narratives for senior leadership and multi-functional partners.
  • Lead large-scale analytics projects to inform product strategy.
  • Integrate data-driven decision-making across Product, Engineering, and Operations teams.

Requirements

  • Master’s or PhD in a quantitative field (mathematics, statistics, engineering, or natural sciences).
  • 6-10 years of experience in developing and deploying predictive models.
  • Strong programming proficiency in Python and SQL.
  • Expertise in statistical analysis and machine learning.
  • Proven ability to solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with data visualization tools and effective stakeholder communication.
