Salary: $146,000–$220,000 USD (based on compensation zone)

What you will do

• Design and deploy real-time fraud detection models to protect user assets.
• Analyze behavioral data to uncover emerging fraud vectors and lead incident responses.

• Partner with engineering and product teams to implement security safeguards.
• Drive experimentation strategy and contribute to the fraud prevention roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data science or applied machine learning.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with ML frameworks such as XGBoost, LightGBM, or TensorFlow.
• Strong statistical acumen in anomaly detection, pattern recognition, and A/B testing.
• Proven ability to influence decision-making across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be able to work on-site in Menlo Park at least 3 days per week.
