• Design and deploy scalable, well-optimized backend solutions from scratch.
• Implement messaging systems using Kafka and MQ.
• Define and maintain engineering best practices across the development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Java and its ecosystem.
• Experience with cloud-native system design and automated testing.
• Deep understanding of integration patterns and messaging systems.
• English: B2+ level required for effective international collaboration.
• Must be able to work in Vilnius or remotely within Lithuania.
• Strong sense of project ownership and team development skills.

Nice to have

• Expertise in Spring Boot and WebFlux.
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational database optimization.
