• Create and maintain SOPs, customer messaging, and knowledge base articles following strict governance standards.
• Support product launch readiness by producing accurate documentation for new features and processes.
• Utilize AI-powered tools to analyze and optimize content for clarity and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Legal, and Compliance to translate subject matter expertise into actionable content.
• Apply structured thinking to organize information for maximum usability across internal teams.
• Collect user feedback to identify content gaps and iterate on knowledge assets.

Requirements

• Must be a current hirify.global employee with deep product and service knowledge.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to simplify complex financial topics.
• Experience managing SOPs or knowledge base content for operational workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Chicago, IL; Denver, CO; or Westlake, TX offices.
