What you will do

• Develop and maintain scalable product features while ensuring consistency with coding standards.
• Integrate AI coding agents into daily workflows to enhance efficiency in specification writing and implementation.
• Reduce technical debt and monitor system metrics to ensure reliability and performance.
• Drive design documentation and participate in high-level architecture discussions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights on product requirements and system improvements.
• Share knowledge and provide constructive feedback during code reviews to support team growth.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in Scala development and 3-5 years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in functional programming libraries like Cats, Cats-Effect, and ZIO.
• Hands-on experience with distributed systems, REST APIs, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Active usage of AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot in professional projects.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and message brokers like Kafka or Google PubSub.
• Working proficiency in English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with gRPC or Thrift.
• Knowledge of caches like Redis.
