Focus on optimizing high-load backend services, resolving bottlenecks, and enhancing system responsiveness.

Location: On-site presence required 4 days a week

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain reliable code using GoLang for in-house monitoring tools.
• Implement systems for collecting and storing metrics and logs to provide accurate operational insights.
• Investigate alternative technologies and present them for architectural review to support continuous improvement.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure the team's output meets high-quality standards.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs to improve application responsiveness.
• Collaborate with distributed teams to design and ship new features.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Software Developer.
• Proficiency in Go (GoLang) and strong understanding of SOLID principles, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with Linux, RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Understanding of the monitoring domain and SaaS approaches (TSDB, metrics, Prometheus).
• English: Intermediate (B1-B2) proficiency in spoken and written language.

Nice to have

• Experience with machine learning.
• Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
• Experience with AWS, Kafka, ELK stack, VictoriaMetrics, ClickHouse, Terraform, or ArgoCD.
