What you will do

• Act as the main Frontend engineer within a shared monorepo.
• Own and deliver frontend features end-to-end within a dedicated stream in a shared codebase.
• Build scalable, reusable UI components and maintain a clean, well-structured codebase.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and continuously improve overall code quality.
• Work closely with Product and Design to define and deliver solutions.
• Ensure reliability through testing, debugging, and performance optimization.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Next.js and TypeScript.
• Solid fundamentals in HTML, SCSS, and modern React.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with design systems and building reusable component libraries.
• Knowledge of WCAG (accessibility standards).
• Experience working in a monorepo setup.
• Familiarity with React Server Actions.
• Experience with Google Cloud (GCP).
• Ability to lead technical discussions and balance technical vs business trade-offs.
