TL;DR

Senior Frontend Engineer (React): Building scalable user interfaces for AI-powered products with an accent on TypeScript, modern frontend architecture, and performance. Focus on collaborating with cross-functional teams to iterate on features, ensuring high code quality, and driving architectural strategy for complex, high-impact applications.

Location: Hybrid (must be based in or able to work from the office in Warsaw, Poland)

What you will do

Lead the development of scalable, performant frontend features using React and TypeScript.
Collaborate with product, UX, and ML teams to deliver AI-powered, user-focused experiences.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code with a focus on long-term scalability.
Drive technical discussions, mentor peers, and contribute to the overall architectural strategy.
Rapidly prototype, measure success, and iterate based on real-world user feedback.

Requirements

7+ years of professional experience in frontend development.
Deep expertise in React and TypeScript.
Strong understanding of modern frontend architecture, performance, and accessibility.
Experience integrating REST APIs and working closely with backend systems.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP and CI/CD workflows.
Product mindset and curiosity about AI and intelligent interfaces.

Nice to have

Experience in early-stage startups.
Experience with Go.
Experience building or maintaining design systems.
Contributions to open-source projects.
Experience working with AI tools or developer platforms.
