Location: Must be based in the Netherlands or able to work from Hilversum; hybrid role (60:40 policy)

What you will do

• Produce visual and written content for internal communication channels and the employee app.
• Support the rollout of marketing campaigns and sales information to global store staff.
• Develop and organize interactive internal activations and corporate events.
• Launch and manage digital employee engagement initiatives.
• Monitor and own content performance analytics.

Requirements

• Must be enrolled in a school or university for the full duration of the internship (5 months starting Sept 2026).
• Must be an EU citizen or hold a valid visa/agreement to work in the Netherlands.
• Available for 40 hours per week.
• Strong command of English; Dutch language proficiency is preferred.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
