Location: Must be based in Chicago, IL, Denver, CO, or Westlake, TX. Expectation of in-person attendance 5 days/week during a 9-week onboarding period, followed by a hybrid schedule of 3 days every other week.

Salary: $33.15–$40/hour depending on location and compensation zone.

What you will do

• Resolve complex customer inquiries regarding options, margin, and futures.
• Analyze customer positions to uncover potential risk and communicate findings articulately.
• Utilize internal tools like Salesforce and Twilio to maintain high-quality support standards.
• Navigate and explain technical product features of the hirify.global app and futures platform.
• Execute closing trades for customers when necessary while maintaining brokerage standards.
• Discuss theoretical market events with customers without providing investment advice.

Requirements

• Active FINRA Series 7, 63, and Series 3 licenses required.
• Minimum 3 years of professional trade desk experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in complex financial services topics including margin, options, and futures.
• Ability to make quick, accurate decisions under pressure and de-escalate situations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for explaining complex technical topics.
• Must be able to work from company offices in Chicago, Denver, or Westlake.
