Salary: $93,500 – $110,000 CAD

What you will do
- Design and develop applications, configurations, and integrations within the Salesforce environment to support internal systems.
- Build custom functionality using Salesforce Lightning, Apex, and Visualforce to address operational needs.
- Implement and maintain secure Salesforce configurations, including user permissions, custom objects, and automation tools.
- Translate business requirements from internal teams into scalable and reliable technical solutions.
- Monitor system performance, respond to incidents, and resolve operational issues through on-call participation.
- Use AI-assisted development tools like Claude and Cursor to improve development velocity and efficiency.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience building and maintaining enterprise-scale Salesforce environments.
- Proficiency in Salesforce development using Lightning, Apex, and Visualforce.
- Ability to design, test, debug, and deploy scalable solutions with thorough documentation.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, including flows, validation rules, and platform security.
- Experience implementing integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems.
- Must be based in Toronto and able to attend the office at least 3 days per week.
