What you will do

• Design and develop applications, configurations, and integrations within the Salesforce environment to support internal systems.
• Build custom functionality using Salesforce Lightning, Apex, and Visualforce to address operational needs.
• Implement and maintain secure Salesforce configurations, including user permissions, custom objects, and automation tools.
• Translate business requirements from internal teams into scalable and reliable technical solutions.
• Monitor system performance, respond to incidents, and resolve operational issues through on-call participation.
• Use AI-assisted development tools like Claude and Cursor to improve development velocity and efficiency.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience building and maintaining enterprise-scale Salesforce environments.
• Proficiency in Salesforce development using Lightning, Apex, and Visualforce.
• Ability to design, test, debug, and deploy scalable solutions with thorough documentation.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, including flows, validation rules, and platform security.
• Experience implementing integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems.
• Must be based in Toronto and able to attend the office at least 3 days per week.
