TL;DR

Senior Salesforce Developer: Designing and developing solutions that leverage the Force.com platform with an accent on supporting critical business functions and meeting project objectives. Focus on custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce.com implementation.

Location: Hybrid, minimum 3 days per week in office.

Salary: CAD $100,800 - CAD $151,200 per year.

What you will do

• Design and develop solutions that leverage the Force.com platform to support business functions and meet project objectives.
• Participate in technical design discussions and develop technical solution documentation.
• Develop, test, and document custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce.com implementation.
• Analyze application and system problems, develop recommendations and solutions, and provide communications on the associated actions and business impacts.
• Provide support to end users to resolve Salesforce-related issues.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and appropriate design patterns.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Application Development.
• Proficient in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Apex Triggers, Classes, and Controllers.
• Skilled in developing and integrating web services, including REST and SOAP APIs.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, design principles, and problem-solving techniques.
• Well-versed in Salesforce development best practices, release management processes, and upgrade cycles on the Force.com platform.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Platform Developer I/II and/or Salesforce Administrator Certification.
• Familiar with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control tools such as GitHub.
