What you will do

• Shape the architecture and long-term evolution of complex distributed backend systems
• Design, build, and operate resilient, scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS using Terraform
• Drive the adoption of modern engineering practices like Java/Spring, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Collaborate within an agile product area to influence technical and product decisions
• Mentor engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning
• Contribute to AI-powered projects to enhance platform productivity and performance

Requirements

• Extensive experience with Java/Spring, Kubernetes, and AWS
• Proven background in microservices and event-driven architectures
• Strong autonomy with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
• Ability to maintain high-quality technical documentation
• Strong communication skills for constructive technical discussion
• Fluency in English is required

Nice to have

• Experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Camunda
• Familiarity with Extreme Programming (XP) practices like pairing and trunk-based development
