What you will do

• Manage day-to-day human capital operations and maintain employee records
• Support HR automation and digitalization projects to streamline workflows
• Prepare personnel documentation, including reports for staffing, training, and performance evaluations
• Coordinate human capital projects, including training sessions, meetings, and internal surveys
• Assist with payroll preparation by providing relevant personnel data
• Support recruitment activities, including candidate communication and interview scheduling

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a human resources role
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with excellent communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
• Ability to work onsite full-time in Taipei

• Basic understanding of labor laws
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time
• Hands-on experience with payroll and data management in Asian markets
