What you will do

• Provide daily technical support for end-users via various communication channels and manage ITSM tickets.
• Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and connectivity issues.
• Assist in project coordination, progress reporting, and risk mitigation.
• Maintain computer inventory records and system documentation.
• Perform network and server monitoring, backup management, and patch implementation.
• Conduct basic user training and create knowledge base articles.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or a relevant IT field required.
• 4+ years of professional experience in an equivalent position.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, endpoint troubleshooting, and Active Directory.
• Experience with ITSM systems and IT project support.
• Technical proficiency in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).
• Excellent written and verbal English skills are mandatory.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Fortinet products and Azure basics.
• Experience with VoIP and IP phone systems.
• Relevant industry certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft 365 Certified.
