What you will do

• Design and maintain scalable IT infrastructure across network, identity, and endpoint systems.
• Manage and enhance the MDM landscape for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
• Implement automation and workflows using tools like Google Workspace, Okta, Zscaler, or Atlassian.
• Troubleshoot complex 2nd/3rd level issues and support migrations.
• Strengthen security, monitoring, and alerting systems for compliance.
• Collaborate across departments to align IT solutions with business requirements.

Requirements

• Degree or vocational training in IT or 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong proficiency in at least two of: Google Workspace, Okta, Zscaler, or Atlassian.
• Experience with automation or scripting (Python, GoogleScript, JavaScript, or PowerShell).
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong understanding of security best practices and compliance.
• Analytical and autonomous working style in a team environment.
