What you will do

• Design and scale comprehensive test automation frameworks for UI, API, and backend systems.
• Integrate automated testing workflows directly into CI/CD pipelines.
• Define and execute strategies for performance, security, and regression testing.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance code testability and architecture.
• Mentor junior QA and SDET engineers while promoting automation best practices.
• Leverage AI tools for intelligent test data management, coverage, and defect prediction.

Requirements

• Must be currently based in and legally authorized to work in Mexico.
• 5+ years of experience in software quality engineering with hands-on automation expertise.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (Python or Ruby/Rails experience is a plus).
• Deep expertise with automation frameworks like Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD processes and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Proven ability to write efficient SQL queries and analyze data metrics.
