What you will do
- Design and expand automated test suites for frontend and API using modern frameworks.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid, high-quality deployments.
- Partner with the tech team to refine definition of done criteria and bug-fixing processes.
- Perform functional and exploratory testing to identify edge cases and usability gaps.
- Triage customer-reported issues and translate them into actionable technical tickets.
- Manage the end-to-end bug reporting process from documentation to resolution.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a QA engineering role within a SaaS environment.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript for automation.
- Hands-on experience with testing frameworks like Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
- Experience with API testing and CI/CD workflows (GitHub Actions or GitLab CI).
- Fluency in English is required.
- Must be located within Europe.
