What you will do
- Oversee the availability, security, and scalability of the core technical platform.
- Lead and mentor a team of Platform Engineers and SREs to foster a culture of ownership.
- Execute technical platform strategy and contribute hands-on to key technical projects.
- Enable the broader engineering organization by providing robust, easy-to-use tooling and development environments.
- Drive cross-departmental collaboration to ensure technical compliance and strategic alignment.
- Monitor operational health and optimize systems for long-term resilience and performance.
Requirements
- Strong background in platform engineering, cloud infrastructure, and SRE practices.
- Proven experience in designing and maintaining scalable, reliable production systems.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience within technical teams.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering pragmatic, high-quality solutions.
