What you will do

• Bridge the gap between data science and operations by managing MLOps workflows.
• Develop infrastructure software to integrate machine learning models into the SitaWare Insight platform.
• Design and implement complex deployment pipelines for Python-based components.
• Improve Python tooling processes for data scientists and build automated test frameworks.
• Ensure system scalability, performance monitoring, and security across environments.
• Collaborate with data scientists, testers, and architects on cross-functional feature development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or similar.
• Proven experience in software engineering, specifically with Python and Java/Spring Boot.
• Solid understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architecture.
• Experience with microservices, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
• Must be able to present a clean criminal record and have resided in a NATO or EU country for the past seven years due to security-classified projects.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and in writing.
