What you will do

• Design, build, and operate highly available multi-cloud infrastructure on AWS and GCP.
• Manage and scale observability stacks to ensure performance and stability.
• Automate manual workflows into repeatable, measurable systems.
• Evolve SaaS platform components and improve infrastructure reliability and cost-efficiency.
• Collaborate across teams to promote best practices in infrastructure and architecture.
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or cloud engineering roles.
• Deep expertise in AWS and GCP multi-region architecture.
• Strong background with Kubernetes (EKS/GKE) and service mesh technologies.
• Proven ability with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and Helm.
• Experience with CI/CD ecosystems like GitHub Actions and monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
• Proficiency in scripting with Python, Bash, or TypeScript.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with telephony infrastructure.
