What you will do

• Analyze campaign performance across various channels to identify growth opportunities and improve marketing efficiency.
• Design and execute marketing experiments, including geo-lift tests, to validate media spend effectiveness.
• Lead ad-hoc deep dives into key metrics like ROAS shifts and tracking discrepancies with full project ownership.
• Build and maintain meaningful daily and weekly dashboards to provide clear visibility into marketing KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to turn analytical insights into actionable marketing strategies.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics including CPA, ROAS, LTV, and attribution.
• Hands-on experience with tracking tools such as Google Analytics 4, AppsFlyer, or Snowplow.
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis.
• Experience with visualization platforms like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Strong independent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data into simple recommendations.
• Professional proficiency in English is required.
