TL;DR

L1 Technical Support Agent (EdTech): Providing technical assistance and troubleshooting to end-users of the Canvas LMS with an accent on resolving complex user issues and acting as a liaison with Tier 2 support. Focus on managing ticket lifecycles, ensuring timely issue resolution, and delivering high-quality service across phone, email, and web-based channels.

Location: Must be based in Budapest, Hungary (Hybrid role).

Salary: HUF 313,600 gross monthly.

What you will do

  • Provide technical troubleshooting and support for Canvas LMS users.
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of support tickets from initiation to resolution.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and Tier 2 technical support for escalated issues.
  • Advise clients on product features and best practices for system use.
  • Communicate technical solutions via phone, email, and web-based tools.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to commute to Budapest, Hungary.
  • Full availability required for a 3-week technical training phase (Mon–Fri, 16:00 to 00:00).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude for software systems.
  • Excellent communication skills for professional client interaction.
  • Ability to work in a structured, part-time support environment.
  • Successful completion of a background check and identity verification.
