Salary: HUF 627,200 gross per month

What you will do
- Provide technical troubleshooting and support via phone, email, and web-based tools.
- Act as a primary contact for Canvas end-users, administrators, and corporate clients.
- Manage the full ticket lifecycle from issue initiation to resolution or escalation.
- Collaborate with Tier 2 Support during complex escalations.
- Advise clients on product best practices and specific platform issues.
Requirements
- Must be based in Budapest, Hungary.
- Full availability required for a mandatory 3-week technical training phase (Monday – Friday, 16:00 to 00:00).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills for professional client interaction.
- Ability to pass a background check and verify identity/location.
