What you will do

• Coordinate end-to-end sourcing requests from initial inquiry to final delivery.
• Facilitate communication with suppliers regarding item availability, specifications, and lead times.
• Maintain sourcing trackers and performance reports to monitor SLAs and conversion metrics.
• Create client-ready presentations including lookbooks and curated moodboards.
• Liaise with internal Buying and Personal Shopping teams to align on product options and approvals.
• Support after-sales activities including returns, exchanges, and resolution of fulfillment issues.

Requirements

• Strong administrative execution and exceptional attention to detail.
• Must be located in or able to work in Dubai.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.
• Ability to prepare high-quality presentations in PowerPoint or Google Slides.
• Professional communication skills for managing external suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Passion for luxury brands and high-value market dynamics.

Nice to have

• Basic design capability using Photoshop or InDesign.
• Previous experience in luxury retail or personal shopping.
• Experience with Canva.
