What you will do

• Manage the complete software development process from conception to delivery.
• Design and implement headless, microservice-driven architectures using React and Node.js.
• Maintain high-level system architecture and ensure rigorous quality control.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet tight weekly release deadlines.
• Mentor team members and drive technical best practices across the organization.
• Optimize system performance, including search engines, caching, and API integrations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B or B2C digital commerce.
• Must be based in Turkey.
• Proven expertise in React and Node.js development.
• Deep understanding of headless architectures and microservices.
• Experience with REST APIs, message queues, and in-memory caching.
• Strong command of agile methodologies and hybrid implementation styles.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Magento.
• Experience with omni-channel commerce environments.
• Background in onshore/offshore team collaboration.
