What you will do

• Lead the development of AI-powered products and capabilities from 0→1, covering the full lifecycle from discovery to production.
• Identify opportunities to create operational and commercial value through AI integration in financial systems.
• Partner with engineering teams to design and ship AI-driven features.
• Define product strategy, key success metrics, and experimentation frameworks for all AI initiatives.
• Work directly with customer executives to validate product value and align on priorities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on experience working with AI systems including LLMs, machine learning models, and data pipelines.
• Proven track record of building products from 0→1.
• Ability to work with high autonomy and execute decisions independently.
• Strong communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with senior stakeholders and executives.
• Clear and structured writing and verbal communication.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, financial infrastructure, or core banking systems.
