What you will do

• Build and expand fiat payment offerings by integrating with payment providers and banks.
• Productize payment solutions including ewallets, tokenized payments, and crypto-to-fiat for external partners.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to optimize user journeys and backend automation for order processing and settlement.
• Own and improve operational metrics, specifically payment conversion rates.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Finance, Operations, Compliance) and external entities like Bancnet and PCHC.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting for external clients during API integration.

Requirements

• Relevant working experience in the Philippines banking, fintech, and payments landscape.
• Experience building end-to-end payment rails, from frontend flows to provider integrations and reconciliation.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills to support assumptions with hard data and metrics.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, legal, compliance, and sales teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM, business, finance, or economics.
