TL;DR

Solutions Engineer (AI): Enabling customers to leverage their data through the AI analytics platform with an accent on building technical Proofs of Concept and platform demonstrations. Focus on translating complex enterprise data needs into actionable product value and guiding product direction through direct field insights.

Location: Must be based in San Francisco, CA (Hybrid - 3 days per week in office)

Salary: $130,000 – $190,000 OTE

What you will do

• Partner with sales to provide technical expertise and demonstrate platform value.
• Build and present Proofs of Concept to help prospective customers validate data use cases.
• Guide customers through successful trials and coordinate handoffs to post-sales teams.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to share user feedback and influence product strategy.
• Enable prospective customers on best practices for using the platform with their own data.

Requirements

• Must be able to work in the San Francisco office 3 days per week.
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence roles.
• Strong SQL proficiency for analytical purposes.
• Experience in client-facing roles with a commitment to customer success.
• Prior experience with BI or enterprise data tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, Mode).
