TL;DR
Senior Fullstack Engineer (Web3): Designing and implementing end-to-end features for a real-time security infrastructure platform with an accent on TypeScript, React, and Node.js. Location: Must be based in or able to work from Belarus, Georgia, or Poland (Remote or Hybrid options available).

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end development of major product features from design to production.
- Design and implement scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js.
- Build performant, user-facing frontend applications using React.
- Contribute to system architecture, scalability, and performance decision-making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Security teams.
- Maintain high standards for code quality, testing, and system observability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, including significant full-stack development work.
- Strong proficiency with JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Experience in building production-grade distributed systems.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms, specifically AWS.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows.
- Must be located in or willing to work from Belarus, Georgia, or Poland.
Nice to have
- Background in Web3, blockchain, or fintech security.
- Experience with high-scale, real-time event-driven architectures.
- Previous experience working in fast-scaling startup environments.
