What you will do

• Represent institutional business segments in enterprise actuarial initiatives, including capital analysis and risk capacity.
• Lead profitability and earnings analysis to support product, pricing, and growth strategy.
• Develop and evolve aggregated institutional solutions reporting and new business metrics.
• Partner with financial stakeholders to ensure efficient capital and expense allocation.
• Manage institutional solution assumption and model governance processes in adherence to corporate policies.
• Evaluate and execute risk management options to promote long-term institutional growth.

Requirements

• Must be an accomplished FSA (Fellow of the Society of Actuaries).
• 10+ years of relevant actuarial experience.
• Strong expertise in institutional products, finance, and risk management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to convey complex material to non-technical audiences.
• Proven capability to lead continuous improvement and work independently in a dynamic environment.
