What you will do
- Own the full customer lifecycle for a portfolio of SMB accounts worldwide, from onboarding to renewals.
- Monitor customer health, usage metrics, and risks to proactively prevent churn.
- Drive product adoption and early value realization through workshops, demos, and support.
- Identify and execute upselling and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Maintain structured customer data and documentation to ensure visibility across internal teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Professional Services to resolve customer needs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or similar roles within B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record managing SMB or scaled customer portfolios.
- Familiarity with data platforms or analytics-related industries.
- Strong organizational, communication, and commercial skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model based in Brno or Prague.
