What you will do

• Lead end-to-end production of Wild Rift publishing assets, ensuring high craft standards, efficiency, and timely delivery.
• Drive structured production planning, risk management, and cross-functional alignment across internal teams.
• Maintain clear documentation, content calendars, and production tracking systems to ensure operational rigor.
• Own the RFP (Request for Proposal) process and agency onboarding.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage external vendors to ensure high-quality, cost-effective creative execution.
• Support content production across multiple publishing areas, including 1st Party Channel Requests, Product Marketing, and Event/Campaigns.

Requirements

• Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
• 3+ years of experience in creative production, advertising, or project management.
• Proven experience managing external vendors and driving RFP processes.
• Ability to manage complex art marketing assets across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong, transparent communication skills with the ability to balance creative quality and stakeholder needs.

Nice to have

• Strong interest in mobile game marketing.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite for asset validation and Airtable or similar systems for workflow management.
• Ability to adapt and support multiple publishing functions based on team priorities.
