What you will do

• Develop and maintain a network of influencers and KOLs in the Indonesian market.
• Execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns for Indonesia and select Western markets.
• Develop a deep understanding of the social media landscape in Indonesia and local user preferences.
• Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance data.
• Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key influencers.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and other internal teams.

Requirements

• Professional working proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (reading and writing) is required for internal communication.
• 1-3+ years of experience in influencer marketing or KOL operations.
• Experience managing end-to-end campaigns in English-speaking markets.
• Strong project planning and execution abilities.
• Proficient in using influencer marketing and analytics platforms (e.g., AspireIQ, Upfluence, HypeAuditor, etc.).

Nice to have

• Existing network of influencers in the e-commerce sector.
• Experience studying or working abroad.
• Direct experience with influencer campaigns focused on driving sales conversions.
