What you will do

• Improve core search algorithms and enhance the system’s understanding of user queries.
• Increase the relevance of products returned for user queries and develop new features to improve the overall user experience.
• Automate marketing and optimize its effectiveness, including external advertising purchases and internal direct communications.
• Provide the infrastructure and tools for effective marketing.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Portugal, Brazil, Latvia, and China.

Requirements

• Strong algorithmic skills and knowledge of fundamental algorithms and data structures.
• Proficiency in any language with experience in developing and debugging distributed, high-load applications, and writing testable code.
• Industry experience in Machine Learning with familiarity with key modeling and training approaches.
• End-to-end ML development experience, including raw data analysis, hypothesis formulation, model creation, experimentation, and deploying results into production.

Nice to have

• Experience in developing recommendation or search systems.
• Experience training neural network models.
• Experience working with various data sources: Spark, Cassandra, Mongo, Kafka.
• Knowledge of Go.
