Location: Onsite in Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; and Chicago, IL with at least 3 days per week in office

Salary: $65,000–$77,000 USD (Zone 2 locations)

What you will do

• Create, update, and maintain SOPs, reusable customer messaging, and knowledge base articles following style and governance standards.
• Support launch readiness by preparing knowledge content for new products, features, and processes.
• Ensure content accuracy and relevance by leveraging deep understanding of hirify.global’s products and services.
• Use AI-powered tools to analyze and optimize SOPs for clarity and efficiency.
• Partner with Product, Operations, Legal, and Compliance teams to translate expertise into actionable content.
• Contribute to editorial standards and content governance to maintain consistency across knowledge assets.

Requirements

• Must be a current hirify.global employee with deep knowledge of company products and customer experience
• Excellent writing skills with ability to explain complex topics clearly and concisely.
• Experience managing SOPs or knowledge base content supporting operational workflows.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work across multiple teams.
• Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to adopt AI-powered tools to enhance content efficiency.

• Familiarity with content analytics or search optimization strategies.
• Experience with knowledge management systems or content governance frameworks.
